HomeSync reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to approve or decline a home service provider applying to participate in the platform.

Ongoing Evaluation

HomeSync may periodically reevaluate participating providers.

We may use updated licensing information, insurance status, customer feedback, complaints, reported conduct, service history, platform activity, or other information reasonably relevant to maintaining HomeSync standards.

11. How We Share Information

HomeSync does not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information in the circumstances described below.

A. Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that help us operate HomeSync, such as providers of:

12. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

HomeSync does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

HomeSync also does not permit home service providers or real estate professionals to purchase unrestricted access to a homeowner’s private document vault merely by subscribing to HomeSync.

A provider’s payment for participation in HomeSync does not give that provider ownership of or unrestricted access to homeowner information.

Where applicable law provides a broader definition of “sale” or “sharing,” HomeSync will comply with applicable disclosure and opt-out requirements.

HomeSync therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
